Narikkuni Grama Panchayat, which falls within the jurisdiction of Narikkuni Village, has an area of 17.75 square kilometres. The Panchayat is bounded by Unnikulam Panchayat to the north; Madavoor and Kizhakkoth Panchayats to the east; Madavoor Panchayat to the south; and Madavoor and Kakkur Panchayats to the west.
The region was once characterized by extensive hills, forests, and wildlife, with only a small portion of the land being used for cultivation. The Panchayat has a diverse terrain comprising hilltops, sloping areas, and plains interspersed throughout the region.
